Our goal
The Children's Charity Foundation "Clipa Siderală" is Sergiu Mocan, Constantin Cotelea, Sergiu Smerechinschi and Salavat Jhdanov, who came together in 1989 to work with orphans. This is how the projects Caravana de Crăciun, Academia lui Mos Crăciun, Children's Festival, Camp Sparta and Avenues of Kindness were born.
Thanks to their demand and openness, hundreds of volunteers of different ages and professions have joined us. This is the basis of the organization's projects.
FCC "Clipa Siderală" is a non-governmental, non-profit organization, member of the National Youth Council of Moldova. Activity since 1989. Legally registered on 19.08.1996. The Foundation operates on the basis of certificates of registration by the Ministry of Justice of the RM from 06.03.2001 and public benefit activity from 01.07.2022, based on an agreement with the Ministry of Education of the RM from 05.04.2018.
OBJECTIVES OF THE FOUNDATION:
- support of children in crisis situations;
- formation of a healthy lifestyle.
We don't just collect donations, we bring people together.
Thousands of letters from all over the country come in year-round. In them, children share their deepest dreams and ask for: a birthday cake or new shoes so they don't have to share some with their brother...in others they ask for help with development and education.
Addresses of Kindness is an online platform where anyone can become a good wizard, fulfill one child's cherished wish, where some can tell about their dream, and others can fulfill it to the best of their ability at any time of the year directly, without intermediaries.

Children's Festival of Friendship, Creativity and Sports "Clipa Siderala" with the participation of teenagers from Moldova and other countries.
Goal: intercultural exchange for children from different countries. Every year.
с 1996-1999, 2003:
TV show for teenagers «"Health Starts "Clipa Siderala"».
Goal: to form a healthy way of life for the younger generation.
Partners: Ministry of Education of RM, National Olympic Committee, Coca-Cola, UNICEF Moldova, MAIB.

Sparta-Charity. Recreation for orphans and children from low-income families at "Sparta" Children's Health Camp is free of charge. www.sparta.md.

«Caravana de Crăciun» - annual charity event.
Objectives: - to attract the public to the problems of orphans;
- involving schoolchildren and organizations in Christmas mornings for orphans and underprivileged children in Moldovan villages.

Santa's Academy.
Objective: - popularization of the national New Year's character.
Within the Academy there is a service "Poşta lui Moş Crăciun". Every child can write to Moş Crăciun (Santa Claus) and receive a colorful letter of greeting in response.

Goal: The information center serves the function of connecting those who need help with those who can provide that help. No intermediaries, regardless of where you live.
